Our Service in Action Photo Competition photos are used to help promote the CSC program, to highlight campus-based service, and to celebrate the engagement of students across the region.  Our second place winner of the SIA 2014 competition, Melissa Tilleman, is a student at the University of Wyoming.  Melissa describes her photo, Action Expresses Priorities, by saying "This photo was taken on an alternative break to a town in Trinidad and Tobago. I am pickaxing in a community park which we were helping rebuild after a storm. The park was a central meeting place in town and the work that we were helping with was going to increase community access to it. You can see a slight smile on my face because I thoroughly enjoy physically working hard and also getting a chance to support an amazing community that gave me the honor of being a part of it for a week."
